A massive well done to Justin Ellis who is my member of the month for June. Justin has been coming to me for PT twice a week since last winter. He’s significantly got stronger - gaining muscle in his arms and chest area, losing weight and toning all over. Not only does he run to his sessions each morning, regardless of weather, but he’s also made me appreciate starting work at 5am and enjoying the quiet times of day.
Justin has now also signed his wife Jo up for sessions with me too- who is also making big improvements in her strength, fitness and quality of life.
